It nearly never occurs... but if unfortunately you really encounter malfunction issues, you can call us and our client service representative will mail you another one to your hotel. If you call us before 5pm you could assume a replacement will be arriving the next day. However, if you are in Hokkaido and some rural areas it may take up to 2 days. - If I lose it I will need to pay for it, but how about the case I have accidentally make a little scratch on it?

Actually until now there is no client breaking our router... If you just made a little scratch we will bear with it, as long as the router can still function properly you won't need to compensate so no worry. - I am in a rush.
